Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted as part of a quotation or tender is complete, accurate and truthful.

Submitting falsified or misleading documents—including tax information, company registration documents, experience records, qualifications, references, financial information or declarations—may result in:

  • Disqualification from the procurement process;
  • Cancellation of an awarded contract;
  • Referral for investigation; and
  • Other legal or administrative action where applicable.

Before submitting a bid, suppliers are encouraged to verify that all supporting documentation is up to date and that the information provided is accurate.
